At Pressoria Nails, each set is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order with precision and care. We are committed to delivering a refined experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately, as we are unable to modify orders once processing begins.

Pressoria Nails is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect information provided at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all nail sets are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on opened or used products.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, a return may be requested only if the product remains completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request assistance:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos of the item and its packaging

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Because each set is custom-sized and handcrafted specifically for you, clients are responsible for measuring their nails carefully prior to placing an order. Pressoria Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout.
